Date of event: Saturday, September 30th, 2023
Time of event: 11 am - 5 pm 
Location of event: Suncoast Community Church

  • This event will take place outdoors.

  • Set-up time begins at 8 am. Must be finished setting up by 10:30 am. 

  • Breakdown starts at 5 pm. No early breakdown is allowed. 

  • Unload your vehicle at your spot and park in the designated vendor parking area. Do not start to set up until your car is moved. 

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and set-up supplies.

  • 12x12 space for each vendor will be marked and numbered upon arrival.

  • Electricity is available for some booths. Please notify us if your setup requires electricity, and we will try out best to accommodate on an availability basis. 

  • To reserve a 12x12 booth, you will need to make a donation in any amount you feel appropriate to Blaze of Hope. Once you hit the register button, you will be directed to a donation page.

  • Blaze of Hope is a 501c3, and vendor donations are tax-deductible.

  • Donations are non-refundable. 

  • Registration and Payments must be made by September 15th, 2023.

  • You may NOT sell anything with THC.

  • Food trucks: There will be ample seating for your guests. 

  • Food trucks: Due to limited availability, you will have to provide your own power.

  • Directional signs will be posted on Clark Road for easy navigation for patrons.

  • We are encouraging you to bring candy for kids to trick or treat. This will help bring people to your booth.

  • If you would like to donate an item to the vendor raffle basket for them to win, please let us know. 

  • If you sign up and do not show up, you will be asked to no longer participate in future BOH events and will not be given a refund.
