Lisa Moore of Sarasota Florida on Life, Lessons & Legacy

Lisa Moore shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Lisa , it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately? What’s bringing me joy lately is watching Blaze of Hope and the Gold Movement grow into something that’s touching lives far beyond what I ever imagined. Every conversation, every billboard, every family we reach feels like another spark of hope in the world. It’s deeply personal for me, and I’d love to share the story behind why this mission matters so much to me.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique? My name is Lisa Moore, and I started 501c3 nonprofit Blaze of Hope in honor of my sweet son, Blaze, who was diagnosed with liver cancer at just 7 months old. We spent almost every day in the hospital until he passed at 13 months. I was able to be there for every moment because my community lifted me up with love, prayers, and financial support.
